Careers at Max Media Hub

We're a growing digital and print agency in Mississauga, serving local businesses across the entire GTA. We build websites, run ads, grow brands on Google, and print everything from business cards to banners — all under one roof. As we grow, we're hiring people who want to grow with us.

Life at Max Media Hub

Why choose Max Media Hub?

  • Reliability

a team you can count on, and that counts on you

We do what we say we'll do — for our clients, and for each other. Deadlines are real here, expectations are clear, and when someone needs a hand, the team shows up. No chaos, no guessing, no last-minute surprises. You'll work in a place where your word matters and your work is trusted.

  • Growth

    real responsibility, real learning

We're a full-service agency, so you'll never be stuck doing one repetitive task. You'll work across websites, ads, SEO, social, and print — learning new platforms, new industries, and new skills every month. Good work gets noticed here, and it leads somewhere: bigger accounts, bigger responsibility, and a real path forward as the agency grows.

  • Fun

    small team, big energy

We're a small, close team, not a faceless corporation. Wins get celebrated, ideas get heard, and there's room to be yourself. We take the work seriously — just not ourselves.

  • Perks

the corporate package, without the corporate feel

Health insurance, employee discounts through Workopolis, a travel allowance for client visits, and 3 weeks of vacation. The benefits of a big company, in a team where everyone knows your name.

  • Work-life balance

    your life outside work matters

The business is open 6 days a week — but you won't work all 6. Employees work a 5-day week, plus just one Saturday a month, and that Saturday is paid as overtime. Sundays are always closed. We don't glorify burnout or midnight emails. When the day is done, it's done. Your evenings, weekends, and vacation are yours.

  • Respect

    your voice counts here

Everyone on the team is heard, regardless of role or experience. If you have a better idea, say it — we'll listen. Credit goes to the people who did the work, and feedback goes both ways. Respect isn't a poster on our wall; it's how we work every day.

Director of Digital Marketing

About the role

We're looking for a Digital Account Strategist who can take ownership of our clients' paid advertising and turn ad spend into real, measurable growth. You'll manage Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts end to end — from strategy and planning to execution, optimisation, and reporting — and you'll be the trusted expert our clients rely on to hit and beat their targets.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid advertising accounts (Google Ads: Search, Display, YouTube; Meta Ads: Facebook and Instagram) end to end — setup, budgets, targeting, bidding, optimisation
  • Understand every client's business, goals, customers, and market and turn that into fitting advertising strategies
  • Build clear, data-backed advertising plans (campaign structure, audiences, budgets, timelines, KPIs) and present them in plain, confident language
  • Scale winning campaigns profitably and cut what doesn't perform so clients scale up and outperform their targets month after month
  • Sharp attention to detail — tracking and pixels correct, UTMs in place, budgets pacing properly, ad copy and landing pages consistent, every number in every report accurate
  • Coordinate closely with social media management to plan and produce high-quality ad content (creatives, hooks, captions, campaign themes)

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts
  • Proven record of scaling campaigns and beating performance targets

Full-Stack Developer

Multiple positions

$85,000–$135,000 per year

Location
Hybrid — 4 days in office (Mississauga, ON), 1 day remote. No travel required
Job type
Full-time
Openings
Multiple positions
Experience
Minimum 8 years
Compensation
$85,000–$135,000 per year
Reports to
Head of Technology

About the role

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to build the software behind our agency's products — AI-powered features, automated messaging systems like missed-call text-back, and custom CRM platforms. This is a purely internal, builder-focused role: you will not deal with clients directly. You'll work in an agile way, in close collaboration with our PMO, turning ideas into working, reliable software that our clients' businesses run on.

Responsibilities

  • Build AI-powered software (AI voice agents, AI receptionists, AI-assisted tools that answer calls, book appointments, and follow up with leads)
  • Build missed-call text-back systems that instantly text back customers when a business misses a call
  • Build CRM platforms (sales pipelines, lead stages, lead-capture forms, automated follow-ups, reminders, dashboards)
  • Develop end to end — user interfaces, back-end logic, databases, APIs, third-party integrations (payments, maps, email, SMS)
  • Work agile — sprints, sprint planning, daily standups, demos, retrospectives, clear tickets, honest estimates, ship on time
  • Collaborate with the PMO on priorities, timelines, and delivery, flagging risks early
  • Own features from build to deployment — clean, tested, maintainable code, code reviews, safe production releases, proper bug fixes, current documentation
  • Maintain and improve software already in production (performance, security, reliability)

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience, including designing, building, and shipping real software products (web applications, automation systems, CRM-style platforms)
  • Strong skills across the stack — front-end, back-end, databases, APIs
  • Experience with AI integrations and/or messaging and automation systems (SMS, voice, notifications) is a big plus
  • Comfortable in agile teams
  • Strong attention to detail and a habit of testing your own work before it ships
  • A builder's mindset

Perks

  • Health insurance
  • Employee discounts through Workopolis
  • 3 weeks of vacation
  • 5-day work week, plus one Saturday a month — paid as overtime
  • Real work-life balance — evenings and Sundays are yours
  • Room to grow with a fast-growing agency
  • A role focused on building, not client meetings
  • No travel required

Security Analyst

$70,000–$100,000 per year

Location
In office (Mississauga, ON), with some flexibility to work from home
Job type
Full-time
Experience
5–7 years
Compensation
$70,000–$100,000 per year
Reports to
Senior Security Analyst

About the role

We're looking for a Security Analyst to protect everything we build and run — client websites, apps, CRM platforms, and our own systems. You'll work under a Senior Security Analyst, handling day-to-day security operations: monitoring alerts, managing vulnerabilities, and making sure every site we launch goes out secure.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and triage security alerts — SIEM and endpoint protection (EDR/XDR) alerts, investigate suspicious activity, correlate events across tools, escalate real incidents with clear, evidence-backed summaries
  • Manage vulnerabilities end to end — scans with tools like Tenable, Qualys, or Rapid7, validate findings, weed out false positives, prioritize by risk and business impact, track remediation through to closure including time-to-remediate and patch compliance
  • Support incident response — investigate, gather logs and technical evidence, help contain issues, document what happened and how it was fixed
  • Secure our launches — pre-launch security checks on every site (exposed secrets or API keys, open admin routes, missing security headers, outdated dependencies, unprotected forms)
  • Manage access and identities — account provisioning, access changes, deprovisioning through approved workflows, permission reviews
  • Keep systems patched and hardened — software, plugins, and dependencies up to date, prompt security patches, tightened configurations across hosting, CMS, firewalls, and third-party tools
  • Automate repetitive work with scripting (Python, PowerShell) and reporting dashboards
  • Support compliance — audit evidence and security reporting against NIST and CIS Controls, and Canadian privacy requirements (PIPEDA)

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in information security, security operations (SOC), threat analysis, vulnerability management, or identity and access management
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, endpoint protection (EDR/XDR), firewalls, and vulnerability management tools such as Tenable, Qualys, or Rapid7
  • Working knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls) and common web application vulnerabilities
  • Scripting skills in Python or PowerShell
  • Strong attention to detail and clear written communication
  • A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CySA+ are an asset, not a requirement.

Perks

  • Health insurance
  • Employee discounts through Workopolis
  • 3 weeks of vacation
  • 5-day work week, plus one Saturday a month — paid as overtime
  • Real work-life balance — evenings and Sundays are yours
  • Room to grow with a fast-growing agency — a role with a senior mentor and a real path upward
