1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website (maxmediahub.ca), run by Max Digital and Print Media, operating as Max Media Hub, at 388 Prince of Wales Drive, Mississauga, ON L5B 0A1. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Our services and quotes

The site describes what we offer. It is not an offer to sell at a set price. Every project and print job is quoted individually, usually after a free discovery call.

Work only starts once you accept a written quote or agreement. That quote or agreement sets out the scope, price, timeline, payment terms and ownership for your project, and it takes priority over anything on this website.

For paid advertising, the ad spend you pay to platforms such as Meta or Google is separate from our management fee. For print, nothing is printed until you approve a proof.

3. No guaranteed results

We work hard to get you results, but outcomes like search rankings, ad performance, sales, reviews and leads depend on things outside our control, such as search engines, ad platforms, your market and your customers. We don't guarantee any specific result, ranking or number.

4. Demo projects

Projects labelled “Demo” on our Work & Demos page are samples we created to show our work. They are not real clients.

5. Using the site

Please don't:

• send false information, spam or automated submissions through our forms;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site; or
• copy the site's content or design for commercial use without our written permission.

The text, graphics and design of this site belong to Max Digital and Print Media or are used with permission. Brand names of other companies belong to their owners.

6. Information on the site

Our articles and guides are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. We try to keep everything accurate and up to date, but the site is provided “as is” and may sometimes contain errors or be unavailable.

7. Other websites

The site links to other services, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and our booking calendar. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

8. Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
